Appointments can be requested online or by phone. Once scheduled, it is your responsibility to ensure access to the premises at the agreed time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather, or operational issues.
3. Payments

4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, are processed based on the nature of the service and condition of any installed products.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when scheduling services. You also agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, damage, or obstruct access to equipment or technicians during service.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer limited warranties on installations and certain repairs, as outlined in individual service agreements. Product warranties may be provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
